Well, I was very disappointed with the service. This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle and they have kept it all day and they never did anything that I had ask for to get done. It doesn't take all day to do alignment. So for that reason I'm very disappointed with Kia service. I also decided to take my vehicle somewhere else.

The service department was super busy, but Eduardo worked me in for an oil change, a new battery and a fix on a recall item. I am 100% happy with the service and quality of work I always get in the service department.

Eduardo went above and beyond to ensure that I had all proper information and documents needed to get my car worked on via an extended warranty associated with the "rod bearings." Be the end of the experience I felt that I not only got my car fixed, but also made a new friend along the way ????

Great communication throughout the process and really fast getting in and out with the paperwork. Overall had a good experience and happy that the issue with the car was resolved.
