We were told that we had one oil change service left in our 3 year contract that we purchased when we first bought our car. After setting up the appointment last month in October they told us that this is going to be our last oil change at no charge. Once we went in to get our service done they told us they will be charging us for the service due to it expiring this month. How is it our fault that they didn’t have any openings when we called in October. If that was the case why would they tell us that we would not be charged for the oil change when we made the appointment.

Anastasia did a great job communicating with me while getting me in and out quickly. My car drives much better after having the rear shocks replaced. I think I am going to start coming here regularly for service.
