Brought my Bronco in for the second time for the same issue. After 4 days I was told that it was fixed and it was not. It's beyond frustrating and disappointing that no one turned on the radio and heard that the same issue still existed.

**** was great, however, it took almost 3 weeks to repair my truck. Add this to never receiving my referral bonus after several broken promises, I’m not sure if I would recommend Akins Ford to anyone again. Again, **** was very good and helpful.

Bobby did a great job from start to finish. He provided me a quote before any work was done so we could review it and give me a chance to decide what I wanted to get done after that we made arrangements to pick the truck up the next day and it was done before the next morning. Great service. I will be back to see Bobby.
