Your technician broke a bolt in my Jeep and then they charged me for a large repair due to that broken bolt. I would like the head of service, and only will accept the head of service or someone higher at Akins, to reach out to me. I have many questions I was afraid to address while you all still had my vehicle but would now like addressed before I accelerate this concern legally.

3 days for a diagnostic work up oil change and tire rotation and fluids check turned into a week. No calls for follow up I had to be the one that called to check on progress. Then when I let them know I would be coming to get my car and think about if I wanted to get my repairs done there I did get a call back to let me know they would need a little more time to get the oil change done. Not at all happy.
