Time Profesionalism Efficiency, had my wife drive in and she was in and out and appreciated the team doing a great job in a little over an hour.
My vehicle was kept for only one day before I was told they couldn't find the problem with my back up camera & I needed to bring back my rental. 2 days later, my back up camera is not working again. I feel like my vehicle should've been kept at the dealership longer as I had told them that the problem was sporadic. I had this exact same issue last summer & after you guys had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks, the camera was replaced. Now I am having the exact same issue

I think the service writer (Jaylen) did a great job. I was mostly frustrated at the fact that I told her about my tpms monitor issue and was still charged a diagnostic fee. When I was informed on the price to install/program sensors I laughed. Rediclious. I already knew what what was wrong.... I didn't need a $200 diagnostic fee for an issue I already knew the answer to. If you wanna make me satisfied, give me my diagnostic fee back for the situation I already explained! Otherwise, the rest of the service was good! Not her fault, she did great.
Took the truck in on 2/14 and was told it would it would probably take 7days. After 2/21 I followed up with 2 phone calls. On 2/28 I received a call it was ready and picked it up. The truck had 90 more miles on it when I picked it up. I felt communication could have been better.
You all keep my vehicle for over three weeks just for a alternator and it took two weeks just to order it I had spoke to two of your employees and they both said they were ordering the part I'm glad that we had another vehicle for the ones not as lucky as we are I feel for them when using you guys

I received the vehicle inspection report Bobby Reese sent over this past weekend. I also understand that he were out sick all last week. I would like to send my regards that he was ill last week, however I am extremely disappointed with the service I received in his absence. I believe I spoke with Mr Reese on Friday, February 14th, and he advised that my car hadn’t been looked at yet, but it would be that following Monday. I had to call midweek because I still hadn’t heard anything back from Akins. Initially, I was advised that apparently my jeep had just fallen through the cracks and no one knew anything about it or if it had even been looked at yet. I waited all day Wednesday for an update from the lady named Vanessa and she never called me back. I had to call back Thursday and I was told that since akins had drug their feet and taken had taken so long to look at my jeep that my battery was “too dead” to even run the draw test. This makes absolutely no sense; I took my jeep to three different garages prior to coming to Akins and they all told me both my battery and alternator were fine, but you all tell me that you can’t even run the test I brought my jeep in for because, first, I need a new battery.
All I’ve gotten from Akins is the runaround; this is a terrible excuse for customer service and, on top of that, you have the nerve to send me a ridiculous report telling me I have to spend almost $500.00 to buy a battery that I don’t really need! It is regrettable that I even brought my Jeep to Akins, it was a complete waste of time. I was so dissatisfied with this entire experience that I came and got my Jeep this past Friday and I will never be coming back. All of your employees are pompous Jackasses who think they’re too good to actually help someone. I’m an employee of Brad Akins YMCA and I will make certain to tell all of my associates and friends that this was how I was treated at Brad Akins Ford!
