Me - for 5 days. He did send an email on Tuesday late afternoon that the vehicle was ready, after Enterprise was closed so I could not return the rental car. And when I got to the dealership on Wednesday about noon, Jerome has not turned in the paperwork so I waited another 10 - 15 minutes for that to happen.
My grandfather started our family business - a Chevrolet-Oldsmobile dealership in 1929. My father ran the business until 1992. I worked there is the summers for many years. I can say with confidence if Jerome treated a customer the way I was treated he would have been out the door double quick.
No calls, no information when I called him, no help with getting treated the right way about my damn brand new Jeep being in the shop
For 5 days, that is, no offer to help me deal with Jeep customer service about a rental car. So I am out $700 for a rental car.

Scheduled a tire rotation that they didn’t do. When I asked about it they said it would be another 45 minutes. Getting real sick of the service at this location.

My past two experience with Mall of GA was amazing!
This time around I was disappointed.
- I had called the service rep multiple times throughout two days and did not get a call back but a text stating he is busy with a warranty call.
- Asked for a car wash and stated Service does not have a way to wash cars (i had it washed both times in my previous visits)
-Asked for a ride for pick up and was left ignored.
Overall, I expected my calls to be answered as I had questions and very disappointed on not having the car wash as an excuse.
He is very helpful and knows what he is doing.
I was very pleased with my experience.
Jason was great and very professional. Service was quick and that was appreciated.
