Do not communicate properly with customers according to vehicle completion, this is second time I have to call myself to ask if my vehicle is ready? Then they check & confirm. Basically if you don’t call to ask for updates on your car (if you know really know how much time they need) they will ignore you probably up to week till they realize it’s over due to the customer. Very poor customer service
was quoted $3300 for a clutch job. Discussed with your team that I thought the quote was way too high. Had to come and get the jeep and take it to a different garage. They quoted $1400 max and got us out the door for under $1300. $2000 LESS than your quote. So no, it was a terrible experience with MOG CDJR. Had a great experience at the other shop where the work was done. Good Luck to you all.
Yesterday, I saw a coupon on your website for two oil changes for $100. When I mentioned it to the service advisor, he didn’t know anything about it. I paid $130 for an oil change and tire rotation. I also told him I needed a second key, he said they didn’t have time today (it was 8:30am). This was our first and last time at your shop, I will drive to Lawrenceville to go to a dealer that cares about new business. Very, very less than impressed. Thanks for asking. Dave B

Make sure one of your service team member(White guy with tattoos on his arms)don't joke about race. All black people look the same. The service member that served me was ok.
Tom did a great job with being honest and keeping me informed every single step of the way. She helped me get in and out and there is no long wait times. He also kept it super simple and straight to the point which I I was very appreciative of.

Would really like to establish a long term relationship with the closest Jeep dealership to me. However, it looks like I will continue to do business (both in purchasing and in service) with further shops that simply have better customer service. This is my second attempt with this dealership and I’m simply done.

Kali was great. However, I was supposed to get an oil change with service and I do not think that was handled because the sticker was not changed and I saw no change in oil on my dashboard. Super frustrating that I’ll once again need to take time out of my day to get that taken care of, especially when my vehicle just spent 8 days at your dealership.
