10 miles after having my Tacoma serviced the low oil light came on. I checked the oil and there was no oil in my truck. I carried it back to dealership and they said it was a bad seal on the oil filter, so they cleaned all the oil from under truck and did another oil change. This took 2.5 hours of my day between both trips. I hope my truck was not damaged from driving 20 miles with no oil.

Was told that I needed to have a brake fluid change during this scheduled maintenance visit. However, this was incorrect as I had new brakes and a brake fluid change on the previous visit. Not sure the technician knows what is going on.

Mr Whiteside greeted me with a smile, listened to me then told me the suggested services. He explained about the new text message notification system and offered to answer any questions I might have. He checked on me while I was waiting then explained the services that our car needed, after the inspection was completed. He even came to tell me the estimated time left in my wait! He was very nice and took great care of me. I’ve already suggested to a friend that she should schedule her next appointment with him!

My vehicle was never serviced, and I never received the promised estimate for repair, or an official Toyota response on the open recalls. This , after 3 months (including my vehicle being on premises for 4 weeks) and at least 10 phone call conversations. Pretty disappointing, and the text that “your vehicle service is finished” is icing on the cake.

Very disappointed in the service I received. I was told I needed brakes base on my vehicle immediately. I got a second opinion and I don’t need brakes. I feel like since I’m women the tech could tell me anything. I hate James wasn’t there bc he always upfront and honest with me.
