I brought up that the RCD was not working on my car. The service rep did not know what could cause that, and said it would be “checked out”. I don’t think it was. I recently replaced the battery, and that was why the RCD was disabled. I found the procedure to reset it in the user manual. It is now working again. I’m overall satisfied with the service I received, but I think a dealership should be able to easily identify and correct such a simple problem. Not calling you out, just thought you’d like to know. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the lug nuts on my 2017 tundra needed to be replaced at a cost of $428. When I declined I was told oil change yes but no tire rotation. So I had to go elsewhere to get my tires rotated. I’ve own three ford trucks and two Chevy trucks. I’ve owned multiple cars as well. Not once have I ever had to replace lugs nuts on any of them. This is my first and probably my last Toyota tundra. I can’t say I have had any complaints about the truck other than maybe the gas mileage, but that wasn’t unexpected. But lug nuts? My tundra has 140k on it so it’s about time for a new truck. Sorry to say I’ll most likely be going back to ford or maybe a Chevy.
Second time I've taken my vehicle in for an oil change, I wait an hour and then am handed my keys back and told it doesn't need an oil change for another 4/5k miles. I schedule the oil change to get an oil change. I won't be back to this location. Waiting for an hour plus for absolutely nothing...

EV software update took 15-20 min but I waited 2.5 hrs and was told it was not finished when 5:30 rolled around, I was told I could leave it and come back. I insisted it be finished and within 30 min I had my EV back. I drive for a living and this delay was crazy. If you want to sell and support EV then probably need to prioritize a mfg update that impacts charging.
