Tires were suppose to be rotated. They rotated one side only. This was my first service on my new 2023 Toyota Tacoma that I purchased from Toyota Of Greer. I plan to call about this tomorrow as the service center is closed on Sunday.

We made an appt for 10 but had to wait for people who did not. This is wrong. We were told it’s because other people are rude and insist. That’s not right for those who made and appt and are kind. It took 2.5 hrs unnecessarily!
I was a walk in and they took my car in right away. My car was ready in less than an hour. Great service!

Waited 2 hours for a tire rotation
I came here to try a new place after all the problems I have had at Spartanburg Toyota. It was a further drive but I was hoping it would be worth it. My biggest complaint was the wait time. It wasn’t acceptable to me. Feel free to call me for further details. TIA.
Leonard is the best! He always makes sure my car as well as myself are well taken care of!
The technicians messed with my dash cam causing 4 hours of empty car footage to overwrite footage of the accident. There was no need for them to touch the windshield mounted camera to look at the rear wheel. This was either gross negligence or purposeful destruction of my intellectual property and raises questions about what they felt inclined to hide.

I find it hard to know when I might need a shuttle or whether I should try to work from the dealership - any chance a time estimate could be put on appointments, or some way to schedule the shuttle?
