I dropped my truck off at 9:00am to have it looked at. I call at 3:30 and the hadn’t even started on it yet. The service writer calls me back and said the was starting on it then. I get another call less than 30 minutes later saying my truck was ready. So he worked on my truck less the 30 minutes to align the front end. Your technician must be the fastest technician in the world. I come in and picked up my truck paid the bill on the way home I tested to see if what they done had fixed the problem and no it is still doing the same thing. You let go of the steering wheel and you will wind up in a ditch or in some other lane. So now my truck will have to spend another day back in the shop for the same problem. So with that being said I’m not real satisfied with the work done today.
I had a yellow warning sign showing when I came in for service. I was told my car had a clean bill of health and I left. A while later I looked and the yellow warning sign is still on.
I can always trust that Keith Kirkland,Jr. will provide professional, friendly, and prompt service. He is the one person you can trust in the service department.

We were on our way home and my husband was following me and said I have not lights working on the drivers side back light. So I guess my husband will call the guy that took care of fixing the right light so we can get that one fixed.
