Brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and a leak in my tire. They said I had a nail in my tire so they “repaired it”. Woke up to a flat tire. The lady I talked to said I could bring my car back at anytime. I have been here for over an hour and my tire is not fixed. You are not that busy! I am not a happy customer!! Doubtful if I will return.

When I purchased my car here, I was told I would be able to have repairs made here. Yet both times I have come in I've been told to go next door to Dellen. I was told on Friday that they could fix my window today and to bring it in at 7:30. When I came in, all I got was a bunch of excuses for why they couldn't fix it for at least 4 days or more. REALLY! Why would you think it's alright for someone to drive around in single digit temperatures with your window just taped in place? I had no choice but to take my car elsewhere. I do need someone to call me and let me know if this is under warranty so I can file a claim.
