Tools or equipment were left in my engine compartment area, luckly I heard it rubbing on my engine pulley before leaving dealership, also would like to know how my oil & filter change went up $40.00 dollars in one year, if you actually care you will contact me. Armond M

I waited five hours to have the recall problem fixed on my sienna. Sara did offer me a loaner car. I think being told how long it may take when I made the appointment would have helped. Sara explained that they were having issues with the internet. In the future I will leave my car and wait to be notified when it is ready. I think Sara handled the situation well given the situation with the internet.

Had my vehicle over two hours and didn't do anything. Apparently my battery is "too big to fix the recall"
