For what work was done took too long. Car sat after finish for 10 minutes in line to exit before called for payment.
Cost of a battery replacement was extreme compared to other dealers.
Probably will only use this dealership for items that can’t be performed elsewhere.
Parts are on order. Satisfaction to be determined.

Very poor communication on the repair of my vehicle… I had to call multiple times to get updates throughout 2 WEEKS that it took to complete the work.. It’s understandable that it took longer given the complex nature of the repair and a holiday was also to blame for parts delivery.. however I was told 3 different times that my vehicle would be done “very soon” or “ hopefully within the next couple of days”… I had to always pick up the phone and leave multiple messages to get answers instead of receiving updates from the service team and management…very frustrating after choosing to drive from Lansing to allow this team the opportunity to do this $2000 job.. This makes me not want to buy a Toyota for my next vehicle due to not being able to find a reputable service dealership for these complex issues. (I had a bad experience at Spartan Toyota in Lansing Michigan as well).. I plan to buy in the next 2 years and this experience has me turning back to Ford or GM.. Disappointing!
All repairs needed were completed satisfactorily and she even had the tire pressure sensors synced with car computer, saving me another trip to Discount Tire. And all were completed while I waited. Very happy.
I didn’t expect tire rotation and oil change to take 1.5 hours.
Appointment was for one hour. Work was “supposedly” completed after waiting almost 2 & 1/2 hours. I’m not sure everything was completed as listed on the work order. I hope to hear from someone regarding this.

I asked them to check a rattle, possibly, in the back door (driver’s side). They didn’t tell me what it was or even if they found it-and I forgot to ask. I was distracted by the information of the airbag recall and that parts were ordered to repair the front seat airbags. Otherwise I was satisfied with what was done.
