The back of my vehicle was damaged when they lowered the door on it. They said that they were obviously responsible for fixing it and they would set up an appointment. When we hadn't heard anything from them for a few weeks my husband called them. He was told not to call them, they would call us, that it is a busy time for them. I understand to a certain extent,but we are going on almost 2 months with no word from them, for something that they caused. I'm not happy at all with this.

They changed my oil and ordered parts to fix an issue with my car . So I’m waiting for them to call me back when I get to bring it in again so the process is still on going, but they were very helpful for me during the appointment and explain what was going on which I appreciated. I love Sunshine Toyota.

Sara did a great job. Also great was the tech guy (forgot his name). He was very patient with us and our frustration that Toyota requires a subscription to get remote keys to work.
