I think I will be completely satisfied in due time. Service desk yes! Timeliness for repairs was as promised but reeling from two service calls inside of seven days, one not planned, and total expenditures over $500z Yes, it could be worse, and skilled labor and quality parts come with a price. So, not excited and understand. But if the repair solved a problem remains to be seen. Ask again in a week.
