Alyssa was fine.
However, the fob was not in stock when I came for my appointment on Wednesday. This despite being told by the parts dept person that the fob would arrive the next day (the Saturday before).
I also had to ask that my car be picked up and dropped back off at my house so I wouldn’t have to make another trip.
For such a high profit item (total cost $454) I don’t understand why you can’t afford to stock a replacement fob.
I wasn't happy that there was an oil leak with only about 20,000 miles on my car. But I was pleased how it was fixed AND I was given a loaner to drive while my car was repaired under warranty. Thanks Toyota and Sara.
Alysa worked with the tire servicemen to find out that my tire was irreparable. She had them put my spare on the car and the damaged tire in the trunk. She let me know that she could order a new tire for me. When I went home my husband said he just purchased all new tires in August we checked with Sam’s Club and they installed a new tire for free today since it was under warranty.
Alysa is always very kind, personable and helpful. She’s great to work with!
