The oil change and tire rotation were done way before I expected! Staff was super nice and very helpful! Comfortable seating with cozy atmosphere. Drinks and snacks were there if needed. Will be back again!
Please don't ask your customers to answer a 1 question survey about their service rep and then direct us to a link that asks additional questions and then tells us were going to get more surveys sent in the next couple of days. That's **** ****. If you're deceitful about that what other **** lies are you tossing our way? If I had loyalty to any one dealership, you should've lost me right there.

After routine service and tire rotation and reset tire PSI light on 7 December, the tire light on the instrument panel would not go out. We drove back to the dealership and was told that it was a faulty sensor and it was covered under extended warranty. The part had to be ordered.
We were told the part was in and we made an appointment. We drove back to Battle Creek in poor weather and after service, we were informed that the sensor was not faulty and just needed to be reprogrammed, an additional $47.98!
Not completely happy, to be honest with you.

Replaced drivers mirror on the way home noticed the inside plastic piece missing, called the service and they knee because it broke when removing to replace mirror like no one told me this when i got my truck back ??? And still haven’t received my owners manual that was missing when i bought the truck
