My car is not fixed yet, but they have supplied me with a loaner car that is wonderful. I am able to get to and from work that relieves a lot of stress and keeps me from having to make a lot of other arrangements. Though it is difficult to figure out exactly what’s going on with the computer I know that my car is in the best hands and so far the process has been relatively painless. In fact, I’ve told other people who have had issues with their cars to take it to Sunshine Toyota to get fixed because I think they’re great.
Brand new car that I haven’t been able to drive in 6 weeks that they want to blame is bad gas, sat for 3 weeks to find out it’s not bad gas called to ask questions no one knows how to answer, I mean THEY CANT EVEN CALL BACK!!! The car literally is not drivable this is a vehicle needed for work and they can’t figure out how to fix it so the shop is scratching their heads and picking their noses waiting on what a Toyota engineer thinks it could be to repair over the phone. If I could move it somewhere else I would have already to be repaired and repaired correctly. Unfortunately I have no choice. Bad gas is not a reason as to why antifreeze is leaking out of my exhaust and my car is galloping and booming.
They sold me a lemon it’s under warranty and they refuse to fix it. I’ll never recommend this dealer or Toyota vehicles!!!

Online the amount was $76 for the oil change. I was charged over $90 (minus the 5 off coupon). I spoke with the manager and she said prices have gone up. I expressed my displeasure and told her that I probably will not come me back due to the rate increase. You are losing a long time customer with three current Toyotas. We have bought cars, traded cars and faithfully had them serviced with Sunshine Toyota (2 Siennas, 3 Camrys, rav 4, and Highlander. Unfortunately the service fees are above what I would like to pay. Additionally, there was no printout with the iteams checked or services recommend. - Jeff J

Better communication and scheduling system.I was told it would take 1 hr. At 11/2 hr I asked about it. I understood why. At 2 1/2 hr I again asked, explained I had to be at a meeting. Magically my car and key came in 10 min or so. I went to my meeting and had to come back to get the new key programmed to my car. There was a mix up in scheduling last week. This was my 2nd time to make an appt. I get there and the man tells me I am not on the schedule. He hunted around and finally found me somewhere else, not on the schedule. After last weeks scheduling snafu, I wasn't amused
Don't bother to call. Staff was nice and the saving grace. .
Very infrequent follow up and not responding to text messages.

Alysa is such a joy to be around each time I visit the dealership. She has such a bright light and is such a great advocate for Sunshine Toyota. I am so glad that each time I have been there recently that I have been able to work with Alysa!
I did not have plans of getting tires, but after inquiring about pricing, I was sure that was the only way to go. Alysa did such a great job at explaining each quote to me. I took those quotes home and later called and received a call back from Alysa set up the appointment and was able to get the appointment immediately after the holiday and I truly only scheduled this a couple days before the holiday.
I work in healthcare, and I know the value of having an employee such as Alysa because it is not often that you find those people.
Alysa was very helpful. She provided good and accurate information as well as having very good follow through.
