After replacing the passenger side airbag the passenger side seatbelt warning lights are now constantly on with the warning chime. Have to buckle the seatbelt when no one is in the passenger seat. This happened afterwards when I was halfway home. Had other commitments to do. I will call on Monday.

My driver side low beam headlight was out and was to be changed during this visit. When I was told the car was ready, I thanked the service manager and paid the bill. Within a block I noticed the headlight was still not working and returned to the Toyota service department. They checked it again and told me the replacement bulb was bad. The bulb was replaced a second time. The manager apologized and demonstrated it worked. This reminded me of Ron White’s comedy act about training on “lug nut day”.

Showed up at 0745 for an 0800 appointment. Was told it would take 60-90 minutes. At 0930 I was told they were just starting on my car and that there had been someone in front of me. I didn't get my car until 1145. I've never had an issue like this before and have been very happy at Heart City in the past.

I was treated very well by Trevor. He listened why I was there. Got info from me. I received information about my car’s progress. He called me the next day and advised my car was ready for me to come and pick it up. The whole process was great and Trevor was great also.
