On top of the black mold issue from the roof rack leak, that I was under the impression Serv-Pro would do the mold remediation process. They didn't wipe down the dash, clean the seats, after changing out the moldy headliner and carpet. I have no faith that it's been cleaned properly and free of mold spores. I am out of pocket nearly $600 for rental"upgrade"to have an SUV instead of a car that I'm unable to get out of easily!
I purchased a new battery for the remote. I even verified on the phone that it has been installed. Only to find the new battery and one of their tools in the drink holder... never had been installed!
Had a coupon for but 3 get 4th tire for$1. Payouts full price, got a $70 rebate. I will NEVER go to this dealership for anything!
