Toyota employees are always very friendly and so helpful every time I need something done to my car.. A big thank you to Charlie Johnson for calling Dalton Kelly to arrange to send help because I had a flat tire this morning. Two nice gentleman came to my rescue and brought an air tank to blow the tire up enough to get it to Toyota South and followed me there to make sure I arrived safely. I can’t say enough good things about their great service. Thanks to everyone at Toyota South who took care of me today and made it a good day.

Whoever hired Tammy, gets a gold star. Not only was she extremely timely and professional, she's also the perfect demographic (older female) to drive your car for a concierge service. You don't have some 20 year old punk pulling up taking your car for a joyride on the way to the dealership, you've got Tammy. Who aside from adjusting the seat and mirrors, leaves your car the way you left it and treats it with the same respect she would treat her own vehicle. Job well done for tammy, I cannot express enough, how smooth of a process she made this.

Never got any paperwork on service maintenance. Did not complete the services that were scheduled. Had my truck for 25hrs. All this adds up to why I have never had good service for the last 4 years I've been forced to come there.

Charlotte exhibited a great customer-oriented attitude and was thorough in going over the MPI with me. In addition, she happily answered any questions I had for her. Not only that, but she had even requested a shuttle to transport me back home upon finding out that I didn't have a ride and would be waiting. The gentleman who shuttled me back home, Charlie/Charles, was an awesome driver by being safe on the road while also being a pleasant converser.

We are so grateful that you were able fix our old Prius. We use this car for all our local traveling and we would miss it very much. Beyond servicing the broken inverter coolant pump we had all the other maintenance items taken care of as well and the car runs much better now. Thank you for making these repairs affordable.

I had 8:15 appt and left vehicles at dealer and wrote on early bird envelope like my vehicle back by 12:00 and it was a simple service for vehicle but I did not get notified of vehicle being complete until 2:30. Would I have waited that long if I was waiting on vehicle at dealership… I am happy with the work performed but I think this part of customer service that could be more efficient.

My appointment was at 4. I received a text at 5:25 regarding my Multi point inspection was ready for my viewing. I reviewed it and proceeded to wait for another hour. Not one Service member came to check in with me. I went to see if there was a problem. The gentleman I talked to was apologetic for it taking so long. I understood that it was going to take some time but two and a half hours. With only a text about my routine service. I was there two hours and 55 minutes. The Routine service and. tire rotation was good. But the vibration in my vehicle was not resolved. This is my first Toyota vehicle. I did not buy it new. Bad service will not warrant repeat customers. Thank you for your time Jeff M
