I purchased this vehicle in September with you all. The guy was rude he went in the defensive as soon as I started talking to him. I was sent there with an insurance claim he talked to me like a dog about getting payment. I finally got in touch with the payee and she confirmed payment, he told me to go make myself at home and they wouldn’t get to me when they could. I told him I had an appointment for 1:00 he shrugged his shoulders and said it takes time. I was there for a diagnostic check on the vehicle. I got there at 12.47 and left there around 4:30. I am 67 years old and have psoriatic arthritis. He’s the coldest person I’ve ever met. I hope I never have to come there again

Wasn’t aware of price being owed to get maintenance done today. When purchased car, I was told everything service wise was covered til 36,000 miles. Just to be charged for the service…. With it being a Toyota employee mistake I believe it should’ve been comped.

I brought my car in for an oil changed and when I got my ticket, I received a bill for a tire rotation that I did not request and when I got home from the service, I was missing a hubcap that I just purchased so no, I’m not satisfied at all in fact I’m very frustrated you called and asked me about additional work with brakes and rotors, but you didn’t mention the tire rotation and then charge me for it and done it anyway.
