Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions and got my problem resolved quickly.
I was satisfied with the final results but my appointment was at 1pm. It was not until 2:30pm that my vehicle was begun to be worked on. Suggestion: schedule my appointment for 2:30pm next time.

When the invoice came it had a charge for tire rotation. We bought tires there and it should have been no charge. Plus there is a note in the file for no charge per Steve. She took it back to remove the $35 charge. When I got home I noticed I was still charged $10.50
