I called to schedule my appointment and asked what maintenance was due on my vehicle. I was told I was only due for a tire rotation but I wanted to go ahead and have an oil change as well due to some upcoming travel. The service person said ok. Great. I arrive to my appointment and I am told a HOST of other things my car is due for that no previous service person has ever mentioned… ever. It was really annoying and I had to put those things off because it wasn’t budgeted for. Very unprofessional. I get my car serviced every 6 months and I have to have my visits planned and budgeted for. If this keeps happening I will take my business elsewhere.
Not happy about having to schedule an appointment and having to wait nine days to get in other than that everything else is fine

I was treated extremely well. I had my two year granddaughter with me. She was given a balloon and there was a large waiting area where she was able to play without disturbing anyone else. After my car was finished they drove it right up to the door for me. This was an exceptional experience for me, especially since I wasn’t sure how it would go with bringing a toddler with me. THANKS.
In addition to fixing the recalls, you all washed my car, which you totally did not have to do. It's little things like that that make a big difference. So, yeah, I was completely satisfied because you all went above and beyond what you were expected to do. That's awesome, and you should be proud of yourselves!

Charlotte is great. Professional, personable, efficient. She Liston me at check in, understood my concerns, and was clear on what would be accomplished during service. She kept me informed and explained everything clearly. The rest of the staff treated me with respect as well, and handled checkout efficiently. A pleasure to be at this dealership and to work with Charlotte Swords.
