Completely satisfied? No. Because when I spoke w/Tim & made the 9:30 appointment (I arrived about 9:35 or 40), we determined Tire Rotation was the only service necessary (I presume fluids would be checked & other 10K mile checks. I did add 1) the info/phone screen is black (which the service person fixed immediately) 2)one front light needed to be replaced and 3) please order a new wheel cover. It was 11:30 when I checked out. 2 hours seems excessive. Maybe I'm not being realistic. ALL personnel were polite. I will be back. I do wonder why the service took 2 hours. Patty McIntyre
