Waited an hr and a 1/2 to have an answer to why warning lights were on only to be told it was an O2 sensor that they did not have in stock!!! And for this I was charged $85 !!!! REALLY???

I was told it would take 2 hours, so I waited. After the 2-hour mark (I'm not totally sure about the times involved here) I saw what looked like my car being driven into the lane right next to the service desk. It sat there for quite a long time, before I was contacted to pick up my car. Turns out, that WAS my car. I am upset that I had to wait so long.
