Had light out and no one ask if we needed it fixed. Came back next day for a tire issue after getting 4 new tires and. Sensor came on to have it checked. Tech said he wrote it down but we where never adked

Service was a bit slower than stated but acceptable. Staff was courteous. No issues with the service. The major concern is forging my signature on documents. That is illegal and unacceptable.

Did not like the fact that I received coupons in my email for the services I had just received and paid for that expire in less than a month just as I had finished paying for the services. This is poor business practices especially for returning customers looking to purchase another Toyota.

I told the service tech on the phone I didn’t want the transmission flush and coolant changed with my next oil service and after my service I see my bill and they did it anyways… so I had to pay $700 for service I didn’t want!
