Had vehicle serviced a couple of weeks ago. 12V battery tested bad but none in stock, but they were supposedly on order. Scheduled service for battery installation, transmission flush, and coolant change. Dropped car off before 8 am. At 1:30, received call that no battery available. They bought one locally but it’s only 3 years and if I have an issue, it’s on The 3rd party not John Roberts Toyota. I’m disappointed that it took 5 hours before the dealership notified me about the battery. Yes I appreciate the substitute but the dealership has no intentions to assist me IF I have an issue. That’s not good customer service. It also took until 4:15 for the job to be completed.

I wasn't told my engine air filter needed to be changed. I only knew after I saw the inspection sheet sent to me by text and it was at 7 pm before I saw it. The dealership should have told my husband while he was there for the oil change

Got an oil change and tire rotation last Friday. Drove straight back to Nashville on I24. Backed into my parking spot at our house and a lug nut on the passenger side rear wheel had fallen onto the ground while I was backing up! If this had happened on the interstate, it could have gone through someone’s windshield!!
