Went for my first complimentary service including oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection, got home and windshield washer fluid was completely empty. Had to go back up there and now I’m just hoping everything else was done properly

Exceptional service, excellent help in answering every question I had. More than competent and knowledgeable in the field of automotive repair. And James was very courteous and helpful. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated my business. I would highly recommend Frank Leta Mitsubishi,their service department, and their parts department to my friends and family. Great oil change. Didn't take very long and had no issues with the maintenance part of it. Just was hoping they'd wash it while they had it. Since I left the vehicle there. They told me an hour to 1.5 hours. So thought that would include the wash of the vehicle. Sadly it did not. I guess the person that does those must have been busy or something. Noone asked. So I just assumed they do it based on what the website says in regards to getting any maintenance done there.

I have contacted James multiple times trying to get my bumper replaced. He does not follow through with promises to return calls or provide an update on my issue. The bumper is defective and still under warranty I've been trying to get this fixed since the fall.
