Not thrilled that I was given a subpar battery at the start of the year and not even 4 months later taking it to get the emissions done and being told my battery is no good. Then bringing it in there and you people giving me yet again another subpar battery. The issue here is the fact that I brought the car there due to the battery being bad at the beginning of 2024 and I paid full price for a new battery and was given well for lack of better words garbage. If I pay full price for a new battery I expect a NEW never USED even in the slightest way battery. Worst service ever and this is directed at all frank letas.

The whole experience in the shop was extended satisfying. It took longer than expected to get the part but I expected that from Mitsubishi. From my experience with Mitsubishi, that's really the only knock on the company. Leta bent over backwards and applaud them.

you guys are the ones who messed with my battery from the last time i had you guys fix something from the update on my car software. the problem happened the second you gave it back and then had the audacity to make me pay for the repair on the battery YOU guys messed with. Second car i’ve got from frank leta with countless problems.
