Everything went good, good experience. Wasn't thrilled bout the huge price jump for the oil change, I'll probably gobsonehwere else from now on for it. Also, ur fireplace didn't work and u had tea bags but no hot water for it. But other than that I was satisfied.

It was obvious that your service team did not read the comments i made during my online appointment request. I requested 3 things:
1) B1 service 2) front axel seal replacement 3) reconnect front right turn signal.
When I checked in, I had to point out #2 & #3 to the service advisor when he asked is there anything else….. #2 needed parts and they were never ordered.
It was obvious that my comments were never read prior to my appointment. I was never contacted to confirm my requested maintenance prior to my appointment. I called 3 days prior to my appointment and a nice lady confirmed my appointment was in your system, but never mentioned my comments.
My personal situation is that I travel 2 to 3 hours to Springfield to make my appointments…. I can’t just come back another day…

Thank for finding a solution for a 4 year request. Every time I came in since I bought the brand car new from this dealership, the window trim piece has been broken and loose. They would order part, replace, or say it’s a problem with all MDX’s and nothing they can do. I even asked them to glue it in place. I think they did for a while it worked. I hope this time it’s a real fix!
I apologize for not even look at the receipt you gave me. I think I owe $3.50 for parts!
