Levi and the service staff are friendly and very professional. I chose to have my Porsche serviced here instead of the local Porsche dealership. My wife drives a Mdx type s and we feel we get a good value and workmanship when we bring our cars to you.

I brought my car in to have a tire patched/ possibly needing replaced (it ended up only needing to be patched) i had a nomad tire and wheel policy that was going to cover it, other than that everything was fine. I had taken my car in for routine service about 3 weeks prior to me bringing it to your shop and everything passed the multipoint inspection and the things that didn't were replaced. When the advisor went over what my car would need he told me that my car needed all new tires (even though i have been told that my tires were good and had a few thousand miles left before needing to be replaced, but i understand dealer regulations with the manufacturer) but then he tells me i need a new battery and quotes me almost $500 for a new battery, i politely decline, and go on my way to leave only to find my car dead, when i came back in and told my advisor i was met with "well i told you it was slow starting and a new battery was recommended" i told him i was not going to pay for that and that if anything i just needed him to jump start my car, which he politely did. i think took my car elsewhere after letting my car run as normal for a while and my battery tested in good standing. all in all, as a woman coming in with her young daughter, i'm not necessarily accusing the advisor or technicians of anything but it definitely felt like they killed my battery and were trying to take advantage of the situation so i will not be returning nor recommending the service department to anyone.

Brent has been amazing to work with. I came in on a very stressful day with lots of things not going right, including the car troubles. After $1400 and leaving, I was still having issues so I turned around and came back. I was admittedly extremely frustrated and emotional by this point, but Brent was very patient and understanding. He listened to my concerns and took extra time to dig deeper with a mechanic to find the root of the problem. Him and the technician (Chris?) we’re both very attentive and helpful in validating that something was still not right. I haven’t picked up from final service yet, but I’m optimistic that I will finally feel like my car is performing like it should.
