Everything is great. Andrew made sure to get the problem finally fixed that we’ve been dealing with over a year. I’m really glad Acura finally manned up and extended the warranty on that start stop issue. It was very annoying and dangerous having our car die in the middle of a busy road with our child in the back! Thank you thank you! I love Acura but don’t know if we will trade for another one as they took way way too long to figure out the start stop repair and admit it was an issue. Very concerning as this is a major safety issue

After a full month of the car mostly sitting around. After I filed a complaint with BBB. A man came to my home to replace the battery. There is no indication that the RLX needed a new battery. I feel this was a devise to buy time while the warranty runs out.
Polite and helpful. The front desk folks were wonderful to work with. And many thanks to the mechanics who completed the work.
I appreciate a job well done . It was completed in a timely manner and also appreciated the video of the inspection that was completed on my vehicle . The cost on the battery replacement was a little high I thought!
