Hello! Yes , 110% satisfied! Levi Larimore was and has always been on top of any issues or needs regarding our vehicle services! He is always professional, kind and explains in detail for me to understand what is happening with my Acura MDX! Yesterday was an emergency in my world and from processing our needs online to getting my vehicle to Frank Leta Acura in Springfield to Levi, then a new battery installed all in one day!! I must add a very hot, humid 98 degrees day!!! All went very, very well!! Thank you for all the great service and for always having exceptional employee service! Levi is awesome! I am grateful!
I was charged over 180 dollars to tell me a part I knew was bad, was actually bad. I stopped at a garage in the way home, they diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate to fix it, didn't cost a dime. Iny opinion, I paid Acura for absolutely nothing

Levi was honest and straight forward each step of the way. He took good care of me and my daughter’s car. He would reach out every couple days to let me know how the car was coming and how it was looking. My daughter got high centered and rail road tracks, Levi and the crew got her fix up and ready to go, repairing the damage she caused. The price was also less than expected to fix the issues and service required.
