My car was dropped off with a check engine light at my work. I had to drive it back to get it looked at again for tomorrow. Also it took 2 and half hours when I was I was told it would take 1 hour because they ordered the wrong part. This has cost me extra time away from work that I should not have had to do and it is frustrating beyond belief.

Service in Springfield Acura was excellent. Not pleased they did not have my appointment as it was scheduled by phone. Apparently a centralized appointment system set appointment but did not let them know. Courteously Springfield Acura resolved the issue Andrew Horton was excellent to work with.

I feel confident that when I’m ready to trade for a newer model I will receive top dollar given the service records Andrew Horton has on file at the dealership. I tend to be very brand loyal in my purchases and am convinced that my next purchase will certainly be an Acura MDX.
