I made 3 trips to Springfield from Lebanon before my issues were solved. If diagnostics had been done the first time I am sure I would have only had to return for the 2nd trip.

Brent was very professional and explained everything and how long it would take and he was right on. Made sure I was comfortable and offered water or snack. Explain what they did and pointed out the price and included my coupon discount. Thank you Brent. Great job!

We scheduled an oil change. When my son brought the car in he told the service member he was there for an oil change and no other issues with the car. The service person said something about a B1 and my son agreed. Long story short our $75 oil change turned into $240 because we were unaware of what a B1 service included. Springfield Acura is the only place we have ever services our cars since 2005 and this is the first time this has ever happened. In the future please explain the items to be serviced and not refer to service shorthand and expect the customer to comprehend what is being said.
