Your dealership and service were excellent. But disappoint is with Acura or Honda overall. I have spent the last 45- t50 years buying almost all Honda products but I won’t be able to buy another Acura after this 2010 MDX went south on me after 160k. My 04 MDX had some issues as well and I ending up selling it for scrap. I have been through 2 vehicles and my wife is still driving her 2001 Honda Accord with 390k. She vows to never get rid of it and I agree with her but clearly something is different in the product I am purchasing and the vehicle she has. Not sure what I will purchase next but all I can say is, it won’t be an Acura.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am. I was told that doing the diagnostic would take approximately one hour. It was over two hours before anyone got back to me regarding what the diagnostic showed.
No problems. Answered all our questions.

Service was great. I expressed that I would like the service to be finished by 9:45 if at all possible, totally understanding that it is not always possible to complete service at a specified time. They were so kind to get working on my car right away and had me out by 9:30! I was very grateful that they respected my time and competed quality service. Always a good experience at the service department at Frank Leta.
Exceptional job! He even took the time to look for a lost diamond earring that my daughter lost inside the dash board. Thank you for taking the extra step in Customer Service.
