I've only had the car 8 months. This is the 3rd issue I've had. You charged me a diagnostic fee and the cost of repais which should have been covered by you. Then they broke something while trying to repair it and then tried to charge me for it. I've tried to call the service manager to get some kind of compensation but he has never called me back. Horrible experience so far with Frank Leta. I probably won't ever buy from them again. And I think I'm going to post my experience all over social media.

Dashuna was great. I have been bringing my car in for most of the service for the past 2 1/2 years. I purchased the extended warranty and today was the first time that I was told that my oil changes were free for 2 years without the coupon book I purchased. A big thank you to her, I wish I hadn’t been using the coupons up until now because I would have more left and it would give me a reason to travel the extra distance to get my Pilot serviced here. Thanks Dashuna
