We had a great experience! I have gotten every car I’ve ever owned from this Frank Leta location and they always provide great service! My husband and I came into to trade in our old vehicles for new and the Frank Leta team really took care of us! This was purchase number 3 and I can say we will be back for purchase number 4!

I've only had the car 8 months. This is the 3rd issue I've had. You charged me a diagnostic fee and the cost of repais which should have been covered by you. Then they broke something while trying to repair it and then tried to charge me for it. I've tried to call the service manager to get some kind of compensation but he has never called me back. Horrible experience so far with Frank Leta. I probably won't ever buy from them again. And I think I'm going to post my experience all over social media.
