Tim is the BEST service advisor I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgable and a matching personality. He’s great to work with. Explains everything. I won’t use anybody else. He has gone above and beyond for me when needed. I’m all about loyalty. Frank Leta is awesome.

I have always been treated well and Frank Leta and will return. Tyler though, leaves me with a desire to go beyond compliments. He has my trust. He goes beyond when he does not have to. He anticipates and thinks ahead. Being a guy who works on and fixes my own car, Tyler does not try to create worry or guilt about maintenance. He gives GOOD advice not just scripted response. The emissions testing machine was not operating. I waited an hour and a half. Several attempts were made with no results. All your folks are friendly and helpful. I’m sure they made every effort to complete the testing.
