The emissions testing machine was not operating. I waited an hour and a half. Several attempts were made with no results. All your folks are friendly and helpful. I’m sure they made every effort to complete the testing.

My tailgate won’t open now. When I called to see if there was a setting that might be reset, I was told I could bring it by. Great! I really don’t have time to bring my vehicle by again.

I was able to use the express bay option which went great. I didn’t have the time to get in later for a scheduled appointment. They discovered I had a nail in my tire that I didn’t even suspect. I was done before the time stated it would take. I was fortunate. It wasn’t that busy.
