Stevie Duboise is courteous and highly professional. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel at ease and well cared for. The O’Fallon location is a 30 minute drive from my home, but we’ll worth it to receive such quality Custer service from Stevie.

In my opinion, Frank Leta Honda, Ofallon Missouri has one of the best service departments out there. Everyone is kind, courteous and customer focused. I’ve had nothing less than the best service every visit.

Tim was great and the truck was completed in a very timely manner. He also took the time to describe the car wash voucher which I found very helpful - specifically which location cleaned just the outside and which cleaned the interior and exterior.

Danielle was very professional and helpful, even though I could tell they were severely understaffed. On her desk was paperwork for multiple vehicles that were ready to go but she was consistently being interrupted with questions from others. I don’t know how she got any work done in that environment. She maintained a level head and was polite and professional. However, Dealer Management needs to staff their very busy service department appropriately before their current employees get burned out.
