Dashuna was great. I have been bringing my car in for most of the service for the past 2 1/2 years. I purchased the extended warranty and today was the first time that I was told that my oil changes were free for 2 years without the coupon book I purchased. A big thank you to her, I wish I hadn’t been using the coupons up until now because I would have more left and it would give me a reason to travel the extra distance to get my Pilot serviced here. I just had my car serviced at your dealership on Friday/Monday. New tires, new brakes an oil change, etc. I really appreciated working with Stevie on this, she was excellent. And I get all of my service done at Frank Leta.
But when I looked at the wheels yesterday, I noticed that they are really banged up. And they were not like this when the car was given to you. I am very meticulous with my car. This is really odd since I got tires with you about five years ago and had the same thing happened, where you guys scuffed up the wheels really bad. I didn't think about checking when I picked it up on Monday, but looking at it today there's damage to three wheels. I would like you to fix this as you fixed it the last time you put tires on. I plan oh keeping this car as long as possible and want to keep it in excellent condition.

It is hard to be satisfied with paying $179 diagnostic fee to be told that our Honda Civic needs thousands of $’s to be repaired. I really used to believe that Honda’s would hold up much better than this, plus the charges are so excessive. I would love to hear how you could provide a better outcome. Your sales team offered us $1,000. I made one call on my way home tonight to another dealer and showed them the needed repairs and they offered me $3,000 cash. Stevie was awesome. She went over everything with me, there were no surprises at the end when I came in to pick my car up. I also was very appreciative when she offered me a loaner car. Having a car enabled me to go visit with my elderly aunt, as I do that on the first Tuesday of every month.

Everything was great, but after returning home, I noticed quite a bit of oil was spilled on my engine, belt, and around my plugs. Much of that dripped small puddles of oil on my garage floor.
Having a new car I am making large monthly payments on, that was concerning. I understand spills can happen when adding oil. However they should have taken a minute to clean it up off the engine and the parts below so I didn't have to. Everything else was fine. Thanks.
