I have requested a call from the Service Manager and am still waiting for a call back. Has nothing to do with Dashuna at all but has to do with the dealership totally wasting MY time and I am NOT happy about it.

We have been so grateful to Randy Gibson on his exceptional excellent professional honest caring empathy helpful services since we had him. He would always reply, give us so helpful replies or best solutions to solve all our car problems with honesty and his best. He put his heart to his daily works that I couldn't ever find anyone would be able to replace or compare or ever did as well with heart as he did. He deserves to be service manager, so he could train everyone to be the best employee as him. Thanks Randy for making my seat belt to be able to lock easily again with simply blowing old stuffs out of it! Thanks for finding parts for my old car. We stay with FrankLeta service with higher price than other places bc of his best service.

Randy Gibson was great to work with and he was able to help with which service maintenance was the best to deal with first! He was thorough with all aspects of the right maintenance and the correct follow up for any concerns I had. Would want to work with him again.
