Tyler is the best. He and a few select others are the reason we keep coming back to Leta for our service work. Best we’ve found anywhere, even other manufacturers. Sales is another story. We will probably never buy a car from there, but will always service our cars there.

Danielle was extremely thorough and offered me important services that weren’t previously offered to me by my previous advisor. Upon pickup, my check engine light was still on despite the O2 sensor being replaced and the tech confirming he cleared the code. Danielle advised they keep the Nissan to figure out what’s going on. She immediately pivoted into putting me in a loaner and even helped take my kids’ car seats out. Tech Michael also helped get a stubborn car seat out, too. Service like this is exactly why I take my Nissan to Leta Honda to get serviced instead of taking it to Nissan.

Our experience was amazing and Tyler did an awesome job! Everything was explained, and i was very satisfied was all the work done- I would highly recommend going to frank leta honda to others needing work done- and tell them to speak with Tyler since he's so knowledgeable and helpful!

The service was good its just I drove only 77 miles right after the oil change and heard a noise when I accelerated. I drove it back home to let it sit overnight and now im driving it the next day i dont hear it when i accelerate i only hear a small different noise when i turn the heat on. Im gonna drive the car a little more today to see if I hear a difference and i’ll call you all monday if I have questions.
