Very dissatisfied with the overall experience. Grace did a good job and kept us informed as much as possible. However, the reason we were there is because your people wreck my car during a service appointment. We had to request several times to get a detail report from the repair facility and although your people explained they were getting little to no response from the repair shop, excuses don’t make a customer comfortable. Lastly, my vehicle was returned filthy INSIDE. I understand not washing the outside but the inside should have been cleaned.

I’ve had better experiences, Shauna is who I got last time but was put with Grace this time. Grace seemed a bit unprofessional and not put together. I had my appointment at 7:15am and it was written on my paper max 8:30 for getting my car back….i walked up a couple minutes past 8:30 and she acted somewhat like I was an inconvenience and said she was just about to get me. I would prefer a different person next time, vibes were off.

This service experience with Dashuna was great, overall my experience with my car has been absolutely horrible though. I bought a Honda expecting it to live up to the stories you hear and what I experienced with my Toyota. I will never purchase a Honda again after dealing with this car.

Tim is the BEST service advisor I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgable and a matching personality. He’s great to work with. Explains everything. I won’t use anybody else. He has gone above and beyond for me when needed. I’m all about loyalty. Frank Leta is awesome.

I have always been treated well and Frank Leta and will return. Tyler though, leaves me with a desire to go beyond compliments. He has my trust. He goes beyond when he does not have to. He anticipates and thinks ahead. Being a guy who works on and fixes my own car, Tyler does not try to create worry or guilt about maintenance. He gives GOOD advice not just scripted response.
