I feel that Frank Leta deceived me. I was told the service person would first check with my warranty company prior to any work commencing. I NEVER heard back from anyone. After the work was done, and I was not notified about warranty status, despite specifically telling them to speak to me FIRST. I then got a text to come pick up my car. Then I received “An Invitation to Pay $811. I then called. Later I was told it was a covered repair. However, the person who dropped off my car gave me a bill to pay $811. If I had not called Frank Leta would have taken my money under the Invitation to Pay.
You lied to me twice when you sent a demand for payment, not this is a covered repair and no money is due. I asked for a PAID receipt and was told the Bill I got with the AMOUNT DUE was $811 and not $0.00 due and PAID on the paper. You would have taken my money and kept it if I did not call you on out on it. The Missouri Attorney General shall and I mean shall receive all the paperwork asking for money for a covered repair. My law school classmates work there in the consumer protection decision and they will deal with you!! Kurt J Dolan, Esq.
Aaron did a great job! Took care of everything and made it super easy.
Marc was very professional and polite.
Very well done and knowledgeable. Answered questions and gave good rundown on service
I’ve been coming to Frank Letta for 12 years and it’s been a lot of changes. I believe they’re all for the better. This was a trustworthy experience. Everyone is very nice and cougar Knickerbocker is very professional as always and I have to shout out Tyler as well and I must say cougar showed acknowledgmenton everything. and it made me feel as if I should get my car repaired from your dealership just would like to say I have this trust relationship with frankly the Accura and I appreciate it. I have spent lots of money. I’ve been granted discounts that I appreciate.
Cougar and Rachael were great.
Aaron took good care of us. The other guy, however who is the sales manager kept texting me about dollars and incentives and would never tell me how many lit dollars we have. After four or five text back-and-forth, I got mad and told him not to bother me basically.
I do not care for his style of doing business and I was a little bit testy because I was busy and didn’t have time for all of that.
I sure wish the car wash —-that was in the works—would become a reality. Frank Leta promised us car washes for life!!
Mike was fine. Frustrating that cause of oil leak not found after sitting at dealership for 2 and 1/2 hours.
Service was running late and Tyler offered a loaner without any prompting from me. Thanks for that
He listened to my concerns and addressed them fully. Pleasure to work with Cougar.
My car key was misplaced upon returning to pick up my car. They never found it and had to have a new key made for me to leave.
Wonderful service and friendly attitude.
Excellent service as always - thanks Aaron
This comment is not related to Aaron Barr. It is regarding initial contact with the Service scheduling team. When I indicated that I had a dead battery and wanted to know if I could get in on Tuesday 3/4/25, I was told the Service department was booked up until Monday 3/10. I had to press the issue, and then someone did check to see if Leta had the correct battery in stock which they did. At that point I made the decision to go to the dealership without an appt to get new battery installed. There needs to be more help from schedulers on front end to let us know we should be able to get "worked in" to get a battery installed same day. Thank you.
He was helpful and provided get info and service
