Day 1: I dropped off vehicle for cosmetic repairs. This was an appointment set up weeks in advance to replace a part that was damaged while vehicle was on transport truck (car was purchased on 2/7/25). I had to wait for parts to be ordered and arrive, so appointment was set for 2/27/25. After I was already home after dropping off vehicle, I was called and informed that the part was actually never ordered. Why was I not informed of that when I dropped off my vehicle? I would have rescheduled the appointment and taken my vehicle home. Day 2: I was called and informed that the part had arrived, but it was the wrong part that was ordered the previous day. This is now the second day of me not having my vehicle. Day 3: My vehicle was finally ready to be picked up. When I received it, it was filthy, despite having talked to the representative at drop off about having it washed.

Max was very attentive to my needs as well as thoseof the car. He was able to find discounts and coupons to reduce the co.. And I got the car back the same day which hasn't happened for awhile.
