My husband came in a little before me for his oil change, I came in for the same thing. My husband waited for 1 hour 30 minutes for his service and Neil comes to him and apologize for the wait, since “Time is money” he will get a discount ($35) for the long wait. I waited 1 hour 47 minutes, and I didn’t get any discount. How does Toyota employees decide who gets a discount for waiting cause apparently time is money only for the gentlemen’s. Definitely left a bad first impression.

Neil was professional and courteous. He looked genuinely happy to service my vehicle and appeared to care about my time. He kept me informed with the progress and promptly brought me my keys when it was completed. I am very impressed with his service style and appreciated his help.

Brandon was great! He was professional, clear, and quick. He loaded my baby’s stroller in the trunk as we were leaving and didn’t rush us. Very good experience and thankful he was our service manager!

Process not explained upfront, did not explain each persons role, scheduling issues where we would get calls after being scheduled, to get scheduled again. Tried to explain concerns to manager and all that seemed to happen was have them send my voicemail of concerns about an employee, to THAT employee. Which is not the proper thing to do to address a customers concerns nor address an employee’s performance issues. Overall, I would not go through Toyota for these customizations again
